After a natural disaster they only give food aid to women and then use starving men stealing food as an example of men being evil.

Well, I googled UN Department of Women and got a page full of links and information about it, but googling UN Department of Men only got me links about ending violence against women, and I suspect there is not even a UN Department of Men.

Don't forget UNICEF - the worst of the lot because they could be such a force for good. For example, they could be helping to redress the discrimination against boys in education systems. You might include the special refugee category for women only. I forget the name sorry, so you will have to do your own research there. Should be easy to find.
