Actually an unborn baby is not 'her body her choice' because it is literally another person's body. A fetus is precious, it should be preserved and it is a terrible shame to murder it, except in extreme cases like rape.

They are not denying men's bodily autonomy; accusing them of doing so is a lie.

They are making a very, very bad, weak, flawed, thoughtless argument by analogy to try to claim that if abortion should be outlawed or in any way restricted, then so should things like Viagra.

I think you're missing the point here, OP. These tweets are saying that if restrictions are put to women's bodily autonomy, then we should put restrictions on men too and trying to mirror the arguments used to ban abortion.
