This video is good not just cos it gives you the fact and the data, and research... it also shows you what feminsit strategy was for gendering domestic violence and the ways they keps changing the goal posts to try and keep it this way after data kept showing gender symetry - very cunning and frankly evil stuff.

FEMINSIT ARGUMENT 1 - USED UNTIL IT FAILED:

Basically it shows how for years feminist gendered domestic violence by saying men hit women more. Feminist research furthered this by ONLY looking at men hitting women and not even asking women if they hit men. However, this could only last so long... when the researches finally started looking at it properly like scientists should... the data came out it and time and time again it showed gender symmetry... feminist tried to keep up the lie of its only men hitting women as long as possible using stat manipulation techniques such as not asking women about the perpetration and even using the biases in police stats.... however, after a while when the research simply mounted up about gender symmetery feminist realised the evidence was too overwhelming to deny now... they started to conceede yes women hit men and there is gender symmetry and even women hit men more....

SO NOW FEMINSITS HAD TO MOVE TO ARGUEMENT NUMBER 2 SINCE 1 FAILED

so change goals posts... invent coercive control violence vs non coercive control violcene... try and make it so yes we now ackoweldge womens violent just as much as men... however, that violence while bad, doesnt count as domestic violence (feminsm 101 you cant make it up... feminism mental gymnastics is amazing).... as it is not under coercive control.... but the problem is now you have t argue that only men use coercive control.... they did the same tactics, only ask women about being victims of coercive control etc....this works there are hundeds of articles on DV coecive control of women, as that is ALL THEY LOOKED FOR..... the problem for feminists though is now the data is showing women are just as much if not more coercive controllers!! This is no suprise use your common sense, women use all sorts of coercive control form jealously, controlling, sex etc..... the feminsits are trying to overshadow this, all research is on female victims and male perps creating a massive research bias... however many non feminist researchers are doing the correct unbiased research too!

Men and women are victims of violence just as much as each other. However, men are not pursuing this with the police hence crime stats are wildy inaccurate (as well as police and prosecution bias). Men who are victims of violence by female patners - only 10% of men recognise that beahviour as domestic violence, while 60% of women can recognise that as domestic violence due to years of feminst advertising and awareness. So much more awareness is needed on mens and boys domestic violence (in young people it is women who are much more violent) so actually the silent epidemic of domestic violence is male victims

I'm not sure if Professor Nicola's speech talks about this, but in your 'Feminist Arguments' points you've missed one very big one (not sure if she's missed it. I've only skimmed the Professor Nicola video, but I have to say I'm impressed so far, and I'm pretty skeptical about most women's rights/men's rights vids on this topic.)

The biggest con job that feminists pulled - that makes all your other points possible - is to falsely redefine DV only as IPV. The 'statistics' which falsely flow from that one necessary step is what keeps the whole thing spinning. It seems every major charity, researcher, government organization, and yes even most groups advocating for male victims, has taken the bait. Tragically - including this legislation.

What this legislation, and everyone here, is improperly talking about is IPV (Intimate Partner Violence) - NOT DV. And even that is further restricted to male on female IPV.

"Domestic violence" ACTUALLY means any violence in the home (domicile: domestic): against children, seniors, disabled, dependant adults, any and all family members, and yes intimate partners.

Redefining DV this way - as only male on female IPV - without ever mentioning the sleight of hand that accomplishes that, makes all other forms of DV (and its victims) invisible, which successfully skews that data in a hugely significant way in favour of viewing men (&/or the patriarchy) as primarily responsible for domestic violence.

One thing that rarely gets mentioned: in what remains one of the most invisible groups, female victims of female perpetrated domestic violence also have 'no home' (meaning no safe place) in the DV policy and legislation. In that case, all of the 'violence against women' initiatives protect the female abuser, not the female victim. Those women are natural advocates for men, as hopefully men will be for them.

(In case anyone is under the mistaken impression that that is a small number, I'd suggest, as one example, taking a look at the information on this site: Unknown History of Misandry and seeing how much of the violence by women is perpetrated against other women. And then ask how many 'violence against women' organizations are advocating on behalf of those female victims. Answer: 'none'.)

I suggest that this has been done because it's much harder to hide the true extent of female violence in relation to male violence when it comes to abuse against children, seniors, the disabled, other non-IPV family members (including male and female family members), and same sex IPV. So it's necessary to hide those victim groups away from any possible data collection, and criminal prosecution on their behalf, btw. It's much easier (and possibly the only way this is possible) to accomplish their goals when restricting all considerations to only male on female partner violence, because it's become fashionable to dump on the male sex in general - in relation to women, of course. But that is only a subsection of domestic violence.

Including those other victim groups alongside male IPV victims, perhaps, might be the only thing that could effectively counter the 'protect 'women' at all costs' narrative (in reality, meaning protect feminists at all costs, but I trust you get my point).

Sadly, I believe DV against most of those other groups is as invisible, and under-prosecuted, as female on male IPV, especially when committed by females. But I'm unaware of any data being collected that would indicate percentages of DV against the groups above by perpetrator sex. If it has been collected, it's certainly not easy to find.

All of those groups, in my opinion, should be natural allies for one another, but I believe feminist rhetoric has successfully divided most victims groups from one another, and kept them all competing (unsuccessfully) for the very small percentage of the pie that's remaining after feminist groups have usurped the vast majority of 'victims of violence' funding, attention, policy, and legislation.

This is absolutely disgusting I've been researching IPV for years now and have been following this.

Also to note is the judgement for Sally Challen which basically states if a woman has BPD (EUPD in the UK) they can get away with murdering their partners! After stabbing him 20+ times with a knife in her bag (premeditated) courtesy of Women's Aid and a "forensic" social worker. Now loads of psychopathic women are challenging their convictions because of this ruling...

Look at some of the DA Bill for "not giving affection" these feminists are trying to mandate how men and boys behave in a relationship!? These are FEMALE laws.

This is easy to figure out just look at who \ what organisations get ALL the DV funding in the UK - its mainly female and minorities. Men's DV services get nothing. This is why they are pushing the Duluth model Ellen Pence, one of the original creators criticised noticing her own confirmation bias i.e. looking only at male perpetrators will result in finding male perpetrators, what a shock! The Duluth model influences UK Police training where men are the sole perpetrators and its not possible for women to perpetrator DV. If they do its because they have been goaded into it...
