They see MRAs as Millionaires Rights Activists, or perhaps more accurately Bourgeoisie Rights Activists.

Gender equality to them is about power and oppression, not injustice. To them achieving gender equality means men's power must be reduced and women's power increased. Anything that increases men's power widens the gender gap. The injustices men face are unimportant compared to this big picture power struggle.

This is all about controlling the narrative. The narrative is that women are oppressed as a class, and that simply isn't true. I personally think the evidence shows the opposite, women as a class are more privileged, especially white women. (Note: I'm talking about first world western societies.)

So men standing for men's issues and rights weakens their narrative, especially if they feel forced to confront issues substantively, so they resort to ridicule. In the past similar tactics were used against feminists, remember the phrase "bra burning".

I prefer to piss them off even more, if they can't get rid of us, you know they're going to escalate it to the point people can sue them for defamation. The only reason they can get away now is because MRAs are a fairly general group like incels and they're being deliberately vague on purpose I suspect like the media does because the smart ones will know how defamation law works but when they don't get the results they want they put rhetoric into overdrive.

As much as it's tempting to argue with these people don't, unless you're feeling very patient and able to take them on. These responses are designed to provoke a response from actual MRAs and their supporters so that they can point the finger at this sub especially if it's a comment lashing out and they go "See?! Look at how misogynist they are" they pull this shit all the time. It's like how feminists act like unpleasant cunts to an extreme degree with people they don't like and then they get called an unpleasant cunt then they run around screaming about how they were called an unpleasant cunt online for 'no reason' even though they fucking started it.

It's an incredibly petty way of doing things but if you're not in the right frame of mind it works. You're right as well Elon Musk said nothing about MRAs, it was just a red pill reference and that's it but you have these fucking spam accounts who are on the search for that sort of thing and creepy 'activists' just waiting for someone in the mainstream to step out of line so they can attack.

That's what this is all about, Elon probably knows this as well because he's not dumb even if he may not be completely informed on MRAs. He probably sees this shit for what it is especially after having a glance at the post history of the account if there is any.

It's not far from the truth when it comes to the loudest people of MRA. Just look at this post where the topic is about being called gay for not sexually assaulting someone. Instead of talking about the problem, it's a bunch of idiots trying to hijack the post to make it anti-women and anti-feminism. Going through your own posts, majority of the one's on MRA aren't even about MRA topics or discussing how to fix the problems. Instead, it's mindless bitching about feminists, women, people being "woke", etc. Not once is there a post that says "Let's hold a protest focused on child custody" or "Let's determine if the judge's sex/income level/education/location/political leaning impacts child custody rulings."
