i said it before and ill say it again, this should have absolutely FUCK ALL to do with the universities if you are sexually assaulted or raped etc its a POLICE MATTER, you know those guys whose sole job is to enforce the law and process it through the courts so that fair and due process can take place via the courts (as much as that can happen that is).

Still way too accepting of women's demands. They should have treated it like it was, an attempted weaponisation of the legal system against young men to ruin their lives.

Where are the massive fines and publicly available register for false accusers? Where is the condemnation of the actions that led to the original system? Where are the massive fines against women's groups for pushing for it?

Where is the retaliation? What's the point of rolling it back when they haven't been punished for the attempt? It'll end up being a problem again as soon as the right leaves power. You haven't provided any deterrent to them doing it again.

All accusations of sexual assault should be investigated. But we must preserve the right to due process. The burden of proof is on the prosecution.

Sexual assault on college campuses is a serious and pervasive problem. We should not abandon these young women to predation. But we must uphold the structure of our judicial system. Or change it, if it is found to be insufficient. Is there some reason these crimes should be exempt from normal due process? I’m not convinced there is.

Why is this even an issue. Criminal matters should not be dictated by a University that excepts federal funding? If they refuse to reinstate a student, than they should be exposed for their hypocrisy and a violation of many federal acts. And they are also in violation of the contract they normally apply to payment. I can't fire someone because of their gender, creed, race, gender religion etc. But campus's are now run my middle management morons. That also goes for most public schools as well. Assholes protect their status until they retire. All those who allow this to happen should be fired for legal violations.
