This is silly. To use an artificial womb you'd need female eggs. Just like a sperm bank, you would have to go through certain checks and red tape to get your hands on these eggs (not to mention the artificial womb itself). It's not like this is some kind of abusive weapon. Regulations would keep it away from predators. Fearmongering at its finest.

Though I have no doubt both men and women would to this in a purely Ancap world, that's not the world we live in. There would be checks and regulations as to who could access an artificial womb. Of course there's the black market application of this, where people are literally birthed and raised to be sex slaves, but there are both male and female victims of sex trafficking and both male and female traffickers, so this issue has nothing to do with the gender of the person, and all about the use of the tech.
