What the fuck 1. Why in the absolute fuck does THE PERSON WHO GOT RAPED have to pay child support. Imagine a man raped a 14 yo girl. He would be in jail. But no this boy wasn’t raped, he was forced to have sex. 2. Why isn’t she in jail. Last time I checked RAPE IS ILLEGAL. That excuse for a person should be sentenced for rape and pay for the boy’s child NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND!

Minors (boys) can be taken for child support. Which alone if you ask me is awful. You telling me you can't legally drink or smoke or vote (because you don't have the metal fortitude but you can be liable for 18+ years of debt, in a difficult society to be successful for a mistake and the choice of a female with which you have no say)

And you can be sure that includes if the boy was raped or coerced by a women she would still be getting child support. Feel sorry for all hetero young men in this regard
