If 1 white woman accused you of rape, and your employer harmed your career before the conviction, you can very well sue them back.
If 1 white woman falsely accused you of rape, how is that white male patriarchy? It's white female matriarchy. And would your punishment be any different if a black woman falsely accused you of rape? Is there a black female matriarchy in that case?

A lot of men's issues intersect pretty strongly with minority issues. In every single instance this has been quantified though, being a man is a much bigger factor then being a minority.

Black men are twice as likely to be shot by the police. But men are 20 times as likely to be shot by the police. So it's a ten fold difference. In the sentencing disparity, being a man is 6 times worse than being a minority. Of course being a minority man is even worse, and that's why we see those issues effecting them the most.

He may have a small point about the effects of race, especially from a historical context (just look at the lynching of black men accused of raping white women). But he really ought to be on the side of men and men's issues moreso than on race. I think a lot of minority issues are framed in terms of race and it helps to hide the effects that gender has.
