If you're old enough to legally work, I'd look for better paid work so you can have more independance. As for the sex comments making you uncomfortable, sure if you call her out she'll likely laugh, but that's not a reason for not doing it. Attitudes aren't going to change all at once; we're talking about water drips wearing down a stone, here. Good reasons for not doing it are: (1) you don't choose to. It's your choice and if you don't want to, you don't have to give reasons. (2) the other woman has power over you and can make your life shit. See (1) above, plus choosing your battles is smart.

2 bucks for cleaning other peoples' houses is outrageously cheap. Even if i imagine a 12 year old doing this, i'd expect him or her to get $8.00 / hr, if not all in cash then at least in a cash + college savings agreement with parents.

If you're in the USA, police would be interested in making sure you're not being exploited.

Again, this is child labor exploited for commercial purposes. I can see it happening if a child is off school one day in a month, and maybe as an unusual punishment or extra-allowance scenario, but a kid deserves all of the rights allotted to a kid, including play time.

Yes if the situation was reversed you would be seen by that woman as some sort of sexual predator.

Its Ok to feel uncomfortable , you were there working not as a sex object for some middle aged woman to fantasise over.

Someone should have called her out for her comments, or made a complaint to the HR department, she would be in breach of HR policy & guidelines.

Although this is a good post, the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable. Moreover, it means that your post will fail to reach some readers because they won't know what it's about.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.
