So, I've been reading here for a couple a days and I've noticed that a lot of women here are improving themselves in so many ways. Just to introduce myself, I'm an 23 year old woman, currently single and hating it. I hate it so bad. I really want a man in my life again, but I feel like I have to improve a lot before I start dating. I'm suffering from a pretty serious depression, I'm in therapy and have been that for years. I'm struggling a lot with self-hate and anxiety, but I'm working hard to overcome my fears and becoming the best I can be. I do my nails, I do my make up (good, I'm good at make up), I'm into skincare and taking care of myself. Not so good with food tho, but learning to cook as we speak. I'm also planning to start work out since I'm slightly (and yeah I mean slightly, I'm not obese) overweight. I'm an alterantive gal, lots of tattoos and I was a tomboy before but have grown out my hair and started to wear dresses sometimes daily. I like to look cute but at the same time a bit edgy!

I also have som bad experience with men. Like really bad. Abusive relationships for example, and my dad wasn't there for me when I was a child and he did shitty parenting. We have a better relationship nowadays but we're not close at all. Even tho my experience is so bad I still love men and really want to have a relationship again, but I don't know how to put myself out there or how to get enough confidence to understand that someone can love me. That's why I need to start love myself first I guess... So I'm searching for some great advice, like a wall of text with advices for self improvement and how to become the best I can be while still keeping my identity and being myself. I always feel like I'm not good enough and that I'm just a pain in the ass, afraid of getting to know new people. And even tho I do my make up and do my hair I still not feel good enough, always feel like every other woman is better than me.
