Hello.

I am a 33f in a LTR with a beta fiancé.

I am 5'5 and 140 lbs. I have a small frame, and wear my weight reasonably well.

However, I am in recovery from an eating disorder and lately have been feeling like I need to lose some weight. I have some belly fat which is bothersome, and I feel as though my ideal weight is around 115 lbs. I have A cup breasts which accentuate the problem; I feel that if they were bigger, I could handle the excess weight better.

My problem is that my fiancé says that he doesn't think I need to lose weight. But when he first met me, I was around 115 lbs and he obviously found me attractive enough to pursue me. When questioned, he said that he thought that I was beautiful at that time but that I was "way too thin".

So I feel like Jabba the Hutt currently, but he says I am beautiful the way I am. How do I know what is reality? I have a disordered mind, and my body dysmorphia bothers me greatly.

How do I trust him to tell me when I get too fat? I think anyone would be afraid to tell someone with an eating disorder that they need to lose weight.

In case it matters: our sex life is wonderful. I make sure we have sex at least once a day, and I am mindful to initiate when he doesn't. He gives me the impression of being very sexually satisfied.

Thank you for your input.
