This is similar to the fake gang rape at Hofstra University in 2009.Danmell Ndonye falsely accused five male students of raping her in a bathroom but one of the guys had filmed the encounter with his cell phone and it showed she was an enthusiastic participant.They were arrested and spent several days in jail but she was never prosecuted.

She has been charged with public mischief by police.

That's a crying shame for what she could have done to their lives had they not had evidence or the world were deeper into "believe women."

It would seem she should be charged for statutory rape given that some of the boys were below the age of consent.
