Hell yes it does. Especially with the biased attitude I hear from my sister, an HR admin, when talking about men this and men that and how proud she is when she finds any sort of domestic violence charges in their past, convicted or not, that gives her the opportunity to shitcan their applications.

I'm also worried about women dominating the psychological sciences and how the American Psychological Association is now spouting shit about toxic masculinity and rewording gender dysphoria in the DSM so it isn't a mental illness.

If you think about it: HR has been dominated by women for a long time now. And yet still women allegedly earn less than men for the same job. So, if there is a gender pay gap as feminists suggest, who would be responsible for it (to a large extend)?

This has been going on for years. I had a job about 12 years ago where I couldn't successfully go over 60 consecutive days without getting a 30 day warning. Fortunately I was the top sales person at our location so the business never fired me, but the axe grinding social justice warrior whose office I paid monthly visits to did her best to try and make it happen. It was around the age of 26 where I decided that if I ever had a business, it would be staffed almost entirely by dudes.

I had a discussion with a colleague of mine on this. The topic moved to "Women in STEM", and that there's a huge gender gap in Engineering. (If you observe carefully, even those organisations that aren't full feminist mention "Women are encouraged to apply" in the vacancies page). I asked what's the gender gap in nursing school? And the gender gap in administration, HR and secretaries in our organisation? I got no answer.

The interesting part is the people in those 3 departments are in charge of making most of the decisions here, and framing the 'Organisation policy', 'HR policy' and other arbitrary documents that dictate people's behaviour.

HR isn't there to protect employees, it's there to protect the company. It's dominated by women for the same reasons most bureaucratic jobs are.

The job offers relatively stable employment with very predictable office hours. It's physically safe and not strenuous. Office jobs like this are seen as respectable. The entry requirements are friendly to degrees dominated by women. The downside to all of this is that the pay is mediocre, the work is rarely exciting, and promotion often stops at your immediate supervisor's job.

Men tend to value wage (or potential of wage) over a low risk environment. Because men are more directly judged by their earning ability than women are.

Men don't compete for these jobs, I can't see a way to fix this situation. A feminist would say that these positions are paid less because they are women, but the reality is that these jobs are low risk and can't command high wages.

It's getting extremely out of hand. Recruiters, HR, Hiring managers are ALL women. They essentially gate keep every single position on the planet right now and for the next 100 years; it's only going to get worse with all the propaganda and false data on inequality in the work place.

The world will always weigh heavier on men's shoulders in the most unique ways.

yes it is a concern female applicants are seemingly given a good outcome. Worse than recruiting is that having victim loving women in HR departments means that when a man is accused of sexual assault or harassment its inevitably a woman who "investigates" and a female manager who decides their guilt.

I know it's a rarity, but I'm a hiring manager and my recruiter is also male. And he hasn't sent over a single diversity filler to me yet.

The phenomenon is larger and more abstract than that. Feminists (as opposed to women) have a way to working in lock-step with each other and dominating mid-to-upper administration of things, often without bothering to take over the leadership/face of an organization.

I believe this is what happened at Twitter. Jack Dorsey probably isn't that bad of a guy. But his upper-level administrative staff are likely filled with feminist-types, which is what lead the company to what it is today. Jack literally can't just disagree with them and get rid of them, because nobody rules alone.

Similarly consider this statement from a page about how judges are appointed in Missouri.

The judges are rated according to judicial performance review criteria, including whether they: administer justice impartially and uniformly; make decisions based on competent legal analysis and proper application of the law; issue rulings and decisions that can be understood clearly; effectively and efficiently manage their courtrooms and the administrative duties of their office, including whether they issue decisions promptly; and act ethically and with dignity, integrity and patience. The results of these judicial performance evaluations then are distributed to the public via the media, the League of Women Voters and the internet.

Why do you think they have to specifically mention the League of Women Voters? I would suggest they obviously have some influence in the selection process.
