This paragraph I find particularly disturbing because while this all seems perfectly benign at first they are in fact enforcing speech and declaring that journalists must report the woman as a victim at all times and take sides because they must unilaterally declare for one side and that has to be the woman because it the language here like the Duluth model defaults that a woman is always the victim.

I can't stress this enough, I'm not a lawyer but even I recognise this is going to get a lot of journalists sued. If they immediately take sides in a domestic violence case thanks to these stupid feminist organisations and say that any woman in a domestic violence case is a victim then they are going to bankrupt themselves.

They are telling journalists to break the law and defame people and if there's one thing I know about defamation law is you do not make unequivocal statements about people that aren't true.

How on earth does this pass? I agree with whoever basically translated it, it's all meant to vilify men and the language they use makes it clear it doesn't apply to male victims.
