I'm on the fence about this...... Firstly, it doesn't take much to answer which hospital they're transporting their employee to.... The company still has a duty of care to the employee being transported, and that includes following up with next of kin contact to advise where their employee has been taken.

Secondly, I've never had a paramedic refuse to give such basic info...

Seems like both have been snowflakes and should handle this like bloody adults.
