Lately, Peter Boghossian, James Lindsay and Helen Pluckrose have delivered an amazing blow to the hegemony and invulnerability of academic feminism.
Feminism isn't injured by the blow, it's barely scratched, but the fact that they landed it is unique. One of the few attempts at opposition to feminist ideas that actually gained the respect of educated people.
They didn't achieve this out of natural talent. They had to do hard work, and the hard work paid off.
Their early attempts were embarrassing failures (by their own admission) because back then they were low-information nonfeminists. If you look at their documentary, you discover that to achieve a meaningful blow against irrational college professors, you have to devote serious time to deep, deep reading.
That doesn't scare Pluckrose, Boghossian and Lindsay. They're prepared to learn.
Is there anyone at all on mensrights who is willing to do the same thing? Really do heavy reading to give you the knowledge base necessary to promote your cause.
Most people who are hostile to reading tend to believe that they know everything on the subject already, despite only having half-listened to a youtube video.
Is there one person on mensrights who sees the merit in the Grievance Studies hoax, and is willing to emulate its creators by diligently reading and considering the possibility that the hard work of reading is worth while?
