The noticably large amount of pics I've seen between Reddit, Twitter and Instagram, most with low cleavage to outright borderline nudity, is astonishing. Why are companies allowing this? These women are enticing their co-workers and then when a comment is made, suddenly the man is fired for sexual harassment. Personally, I think wearing such outfits should be constituted as sexual harassment. If a man walked around in an outfit revealing half of what these women are wearing he'd be fired for sexual harassment.

Edit: This is in reference to what women wear to Christmas parties that would otherwise not be acceptable atire for the workplace.
