It’s also severely impractical because there’s zero nuance. Do male fire fighters/paramedics/police officers/etc. have to obey the curfew as well? What about other employees that are made to close down the shop well after dusk? Students of classes that can run late? Will men have to be chaperoned by a woman just to be able to leave the house at night (wow, doesn’t THAT system sound familiar)? If those people are allowed to ignore that curfew, doesn’t one just have to claim that they are part of those groups (easy lies when you really think about it) to get around the system? The more ambitious criminals will likely impersonate personnel to take advantage of people, too.

So, really, all I hear from idiots like [censored] and OP is mindless prattling that only serves to be edgy sexism justified by self-righteous interpretations of ideology.

And, as always, most assault victims are men.

This is the sort of thing we need to not take as a "wow, feminists can be crazy" sort of thing.

These could be tomorrow's policies, ordnances, and initiatives. Feminist organizations receive taxpayer money, push real laws, lobby to real politicians that really listen to them or face charges of discrimination.

Nazism rose on the backs of a large number of people simply being duped into believing in their party's ideology and trusting that they were being lead in the right direction. They made their neighbors observe curfews, the Fuhrer had done so much for them and their country, how could he go wrong with this? The Germans were fooled into thinking it acceptable to force them to wear special identification badges in public or face arrest. They were lulled into watching their neighbors be moved to special communities where they'd be made to live, and then they never really knew it when those neighbors were all rounded up and taken to parts unknown, never to be seen again. Feminazi is not a joke term. I doubt we'd see a gendercide, but the Germans didn't think it'd come to genocide. Wild things spoken by now-radical feminists like castration lotteries and aborting male babies could be equivalent to the early rantings of Hans Goebbel. The wildest things in history books are never seen coming; today we are living in someone else's history book.

Let's put a stop to that misandric ideology now so I can take comfort believing I was just being worrisome over nothing, and not take comfort in a bullet when it has been made a real problem.

Any attempt at trying to enforce some kind of night time curfew is something that I would immediately break out of principle on a frequent basis.

I would deliberately make it incredibly expensive for any government to carry this sort of ridiculous plan out. It's not the first time this sort of bullshit has been proposed there were a few times it was floated around in the UK as an idea.

Adding to this, I always have genuine questions about the practicality of enforcing such bullshit restrictions on peoples' movement. If they really are going to put a curfew on men only, wouldn't that include male police officers? This would then mean that not only would there not be enough police officers generally to enforce this curfew the people trying to enforce it would be women and that is just utterly laughable frankly the idea of feminists wondering around with nightsticks thinking they can beat up a man who's going to kick the crap out of them if they get in his way.

That's exactly what would happen, this is just pie in the sky virtue signalling and nothing more and trash talk on part of the stupid journalist who wrote this. That's what this is in reality, virtue signalling and trash talking, she's completely full of shit and is just using the media outlet to vent her rage at men.

I understand the fantasy of not having to worry about some dude rushing up and doing harm, while a female is out and about in the middle of the night.

Women dont go out like some men do in the middle of the night, because most would be too afraid to.

Men get attacked also, by other men in the middle of the night.

If they where a lady, they get attacked more often.

So I understand the fantasy of wishing they could just pop out in the middle of the night and nothing would happen, ever.
