Why do these things always portray men as homophobic macho men. For the sake of a joke?

For the record, I'm not "embarrassed". I'm terrified of being diagnosed with cancer. And stop telling me to man up about it. Besides being condescending to gay men, who probably have zero problems with anal, this is something that everyone would feel uncomfortable with.

I know I'm reading too much into this. It is a funny ad. I just had to say my piece.
