Did you experience misandry from your coworkers or fellow students?

I had a female boss who was a year older than me and 2 levels higher. I had been at my company for less than a year, she had been there for 6 years. She had just gotten promoted to Manager.

A week into the first project that she managed, with me being under her, I asked to speak to her one on one with the intention of being taken off the project.

I was told: "Wow, I didn't realize that you were so sensitive" to which I responded "You give me a lot more responsibility and criticize me a lot more than the other [female] consultant on this project"... her response, "Yeah I'm sexist, I take it easier on the girls and I don't give a fuck". I'm not lying. I couldn't do anything about it either. At my level, any perceived disruptions are cut out at the bottom.

At school I have to listen to people complaining about men causing all their problems when in reality it’s their own fault.

When I was in University (2 years ago and in France, engineering field), I met no women like that, all were respectfull to men.

BUT there were a lot of "positive" disciminating event for women only and even big compagny hosting event for women only with possibiliy of job at the end.

Then I started working in a firm that was recruiting girls only to do the sales part (~10 persons).

So i experienced a lot of institutionalised discriminations but never real ad hominem attack like "we need fewer men on earth"

The thing is that in France all the concept of "rape culture" and even the term "patriarchy" is not widely used among the feminists and the media.

BUT there is a lot of claim to push for a raw and dumb "positive discrimination" without any thinking about the source or the impact the "positive discrimination" has.

Like pushing for more women on men dominated field even if the opposite is not pushed for and that men are getting worse and worse on having a sucessfull education

I really hope that France and french feminism will stand away from extrem mysandry and that everybody could get to work on how to improve equality but the trend has been getting worse and worse for a few years now and media are not really helping on that.

If you really want to get up their noses...

Do not communicate verbally with any of them in any way.
Get together with your male colleagues. Set up an arrangement whereby every instance of misandry results in the males all leaving the area together OR all standing simultaneously and turning their backs on the source.

My manager has (gently) hit my backside on more than one occasion. She has also approached me from behind, grabbed my waist and stated "you're slowing down a bit"

The butt smack happened to another male colleague also.

Not directly, but institutionally.

My employer is very attractive to women, with flexible working, family friendly policies, women's groups etc. Our pay structure is completely fair and transparent. The lower level roles attract far more women than men. In fact, women outnumber men at every level, including the board. The CEO is a woman.

But the published pay gap figures are misrepresented to make it seem like women have it worse. The large number of part-time, low-earning women at the bottom skews the figures so it appears on paper that men are favoured.

If one thought it necessary to correct the gap (I don't) the fair way to do it would be to replace some of the low-paid women with men. This would balance both the pay gap and the employment numbers.

But instead they are redoubling their efforts to promote ever more women above men into higher paid roles. It's an exercise in both futility and misandry.

Nope.

I have had almost all female bosses and they were all just utterly incompetent. My current boss (sort of) is a woman who is incredibly competent and reasonable. She is hard working, intelligent and very analytical, no emotional bullshit. Always fair.

In any case, none of my terrible bosses mistreated me because I was male. They just mistreated me because they were stupid and had no clue how to properly wield power. I have gotten the sense that most people agree that women have much greater difficulty than men when it comes to holding positions of authority.

No, not because of any of the bullshit the SJWs/feminists spew, but because women seem to think abusing their power is "good leadership". Again my current boss is a woman, amazing, best boss I have ever had and probably ever will have, but she's just one ....

At my old employer, it was 78% women (health insurance), but despite that fact, they still ran active female business networking events, an entire week devoted to women in business with guest speakers, swag bags and catered lunches, and regularly fired around dogma in the corporate newsletter about the wage gap. My girlfriend at the time (now my wife) raised her hand at one of these events and asked why there were no events like this for male employees, considering we were 78% female and clearly needed to work on attracting men to the company.

The speaker was one of the senior managers, and she tried to fumble around with some pop psychology about how women being more empathetic meant that 'helping' industries like health insurance was more attractive to them, at which point my girlfriend asked why there were promotional events for women if the industry as a whole was already attractive to women enough to generate a huge majority.

She was let go a few months later, and she swears that speaking out was a major contributor to her dismissal, as was dating me.

I do experience Misandry from most of my peers, my fellow students, the teachers, including the headmaster. I was recently suspended for something I didn’t do, but they never asked any males on the matter. As well as being suspended for holding up my MRM and egalitarian beliefs.

Most women bosses have been OK though some were useless but I have had male bosses that were totally useless too. I did have a political lesbian lecturer once though and she had an appalling attitude, a fellow student complained about her for harassment. She picked on her for being Bi, but she made it clear in lectures she did not like men.

I find when I’m at school I have much more important things to worry about than what complete strangers think of me. Especially people who show their lack of intelligence like the people you describe. I feel like life gets a lot easier when you worry less about what other people think.
