I've had red pill tendacies well before I found this sub. Im an LTR dude myself. To me TRP is about being a man and maintaining that status in the relationship.

This sub keeps me reminded of what woman are attracted to and to keep doing what Im doing. I know how to be the person she is attracted to. Ill also pick up some new tips here and there. I set the stage early on. Great initial impressions and I know how to maintain attraction. If used correctly the knowledge in this sub can definitely be beneficial to someone.

TRP is highly relevant in monogamous relationships. I would even argue it is MORE relevant, because maintaining a relationship for an extended period of time is certainly more involved than simply picking up women. There are a lot more subtleties to be aware of.

The main thing to keep in mind in a relationship it is acceptable to sprinkle in gestures of affection, which would not necessarily be acceptable (or effective!) in the initial stages of dating. TRP also ensures that your boundaries as a man are not being walked all over, which in turn intensifies a woman's attraction.

A great resource is Corey Wayne's book at understandingrelationships.com (free to read online). I find it to be a "tamer" version of TRP, that doesn't focus on sleeping with as many women as possible.

It's all mostly the same. Mostly every tenet of being redpill boils down to increasing your SMV, which is precisely what you need to maintain if you want to have a successful LTR.

I'm in one with a mostly redpill woman. I'm not fucking other girls because we have an explicit agreement about not cheating (and she knows I'm dead serious about leaving her with no notice if she cheats). I will, however, flirt unreservedly around other girls when my GF is around. Yes, it pisses her off initially. But paradoxically she acts more attracted to me afterwards. Like she has to prove her worth to me. Redpill take -- women want a man that is desirable to other women.

Aside from fucking multiple women, I can't think of any other redpill concept that doesn't apply to LTR's.

Mostly its about maintaining a frame. Keeping yourself attractive and respected by your mate.

Essentially...don't stop being attractive otherwise they'll stop being attracted to you and the only thing keeping you together is a promise that they often can benefit from breaking.

Red pill is a way of life. It teaches you how to be a man, be confident, be outgoing and standing up for yourself. Not only does all these qualities make the girl more attracted to you, they show in every aspect of life.

1) Focus on your education. Pick a solid major (STEM is always a great choice).

2) Work on your career in your 20s. Advance it to the point you make six-figures

3) Work on your attraction. Unlike male attraction, in which a female's looks hooks us and her personality makes us stay, female attraction has it such that the male's look and status go hand in hand. So just wear better clothing, shave cleanly (or trim your beard). Just regular maintenance. Don't smell like shit.

4) Proceed to have access to young, fertile woman as your dating pool

5) Pick someone and stay with her

6) (Optional) Marry.

That's a good guideline I think.

There is ton of LTR stuff in here. While a lot is aimed at picking up, there are things for guys like us.

Look at the "get your shit together" posts. Nothing improves LTR like improving yourself. You are better- and she's knows you are more marketable than ever.
Check out Athol Kay and others who are married\LTR and how the deal with stuff.
TRP is MORE important in a LTR. If you are just jumping around you can make a big mistake and move on to another. If you are in a LTR you can't afford this- need to own your frame and your environment.
Do the basics- health, diet, career.
Stop apologizing so often.
Stop saying "whatever you want" so much.
Make decisions more often.
Never make a threat you won't carry out. Try not to make a promise you won't keep.

The way you use the word "plate" makes it clear you have more reading to do.

I got my first doses of TRP with Rollo (rationalmale in sidebar), before even finding this subreddit, so I think he's a good place to go.
