If you were American I'd say get some medical attention too, but i guess you got that socialized medicine in Canada there, so no worries.

It's possible you might be able to negotiate a pay rise since you now count as female for all those quotas and things that employers (especially in Canada I guess?) have. You're worth more to any company now because you can not only do whatever you would be doing, but you let them check that box.

If you are relatively young - look at scholarship opportunities. I believe there are significant scholarship funds available, especially if you are interested in STEM.

You should become a teacher and have as many student teacher romps as you like. Even get them drunk. It'll be fine. They'll let you do community service of anyone finds out.

Start applying for jobs. Corporations love diversity hires. If you get turned down you can just claim it was discrimination and sue. Either way it's cash in the bank baby.

If you want full on female privilege you'll actually have to look like a female.

You can get certain types of small business loans and college scholarships in the states, but I don't know about Canada. Also, you'll never wont for a DV shelter.

Cheaper gym membership (at places breaking the law).

All sorts of perks, scholarships if you're interested in STEM, extra pay if you work for certain companies (an Australian bank comes to mind), earlier retirement, genitals protected by law, and pretty much guaranteed to get custody of your kids.

Look for women's tournaments for any of your interests, especially if the they are generally more populated by men. If you're at least above average in skill, you should be able to do fairly well in tournaments that disallow most of your competition.

You have access to more scholarships and more programs that will benefit you should you choose to start a business. You may get more parental leave if you have a government job.

You can be sexually harassed and then told it's your fault because of the clothing you wore, or something you said, or just a look you have to your date! Enjoy!! I hear it's super fun!
