There seems to be attitude that exists which puts rape at #1 worst crime possible. It simply isn't.

Is rape bad? Yes. Obviously. Anything that breaks consent is inherently bad. Anything that agrees to consent in inherently good.

Murder and euthenasia are essentially the same physical act, what is the difference? Consent. Rape and sex are essentially the same physical act. Consent is once again the only thing that separates the two. Consent is the 0 that separates -1 from 1. It is the line between good evil. It separates the negatives from the positives. Every non consensual act is in negatives, every consensual act is in the postives. However there is different levels of evil.

Is rape the worst thing you can do to a person? No. Neither is murder. There are worse things in this world than both rape and murder.

Some feminists will argue that rape is worse for a female due to pregnancy. I will agree, that a pregnancy can cause extra damage and ultimately makes the act more severe for an adult female. However does this mean that every female victim or rape inherantly suffers more than a male victim? No once again, because not all women can get pregnant. Some are too old / young, others simply are infertile life long. Therefore only when a pregnancy actually occurs does this argument apply. Also, anal / oral rape / sexual assault can also not cause a pregnancy. Meaning that a female who rapes / sexually assaults a male is just as much of a criminal as a male who rapes / sexually assaults a female in the ass / mouth or even vagina if a pregnancy does not occur. Pregnancy is the only thing that can cause the crime to become worse than a male case, and this as I have already explained does not effect all women, even the fertile ones.

I 100% support the right to abortion (as long as its early, and before birth), this does decrease the damage but ultimately is still an extra problem for the female victim. However, is it as bad as extreme female circumcision? I say no. Rape is not likely to permenantly stop the ability for a female to orgasm, extreme circumcision does. Therefore female circumcision is worse than rape. By equivalence, permenantly damaging / destroying a male's penis is also worse than rape. Murder is also worse, damage is obviously permenant and more sevre when it comes to murder, you lose your entire body / life if you are murdered.

However these women who are proven murderers are free, all with far less than a 10 year prison sentance some even with no prison time:

I call bullshit, what this man did is no where near as bad. If he deserves to go back to prison after already serving 10 years, then those women who murdered should be sent to prison indefinitely, as murder is a far worse crime.

Their victims do not get to stand, alive and well in a courtroom and talk down their abuser. The victims of these women are lying in the ground rotting being eaten by worms. A fate far worse.

Yet where is their justice?

The only time rape should be a life sentance is when it is a life long rape. E.g. that guy who kept that woman in his basement and raped her every day for about 20 years, this is worse than a murderer. If people voted for him to have a life sentance / death penalty, I would not stand in the way. He was an evil prick, an utter monster. This is not just rape, but also forced imprisonment, forced birth, forced bondage and multiple rapes against the same victim. I could understand someone saying that this is worse than murder. My reasoning; if someone put a dick / dildo to my ass and a gun to my head and asked me to choose between being raped one time or shot in the head, then I would not be dieing that day. However if someone asked me to choose between being tied up and raped and physically abused in a basement every day for 20 years, or getting shot in the head, at that point I'd rather be shot.

However a 1 time rapist, or even a serial black cab styled rapist, is not a completely unredeemable monster. His victims are alive and well, did they suffer? Yes, I'm sure (if its not a false accusation). But I'd say at this point he's suffered even more than them. They experienced one night of discomfort, his freedom has been restricted for an entire 10 years. This goes beyond an eye for an eye. It is time for him to be freed and have a chance to be a decent human being. He deserves to be free / have a second chance more than the women who murder that are currently free. (Their victims don't get a second chance, but his victims are alive with their whole lives ahead of them) He is less evil, simple as that. What he did was no where near as bad. So if he's not freed why should women who murder be freed? Someone needs to speak on behalf of the dead victims, because the dead cannot seek justice. I suggest protesting outside of courts that allow proven murderers to be freed without prison time, in memory of those who are dead and can no longer speak out against the person that murdered them. There should be a petition to send these child murdering women to prison. (If someone starts one, I'll donate).

What is the worst crimes in my opinion? (in order from 1 to 7, based on severity)

#1 worst crime(s) deliberately permenantly blinding, deafening or paralysing a person or denying a person the choice of euthenasia.

#2 murder

#3 prolonged torture, forced birth, permenantly physically damaging someone without blinding, deafening or paralysing them, falsely imprisoning a person for 7 years or longer.

#4 rape, sexual assault (of extreme nature), non consensual penetration via penis or object, serious non sexual assault (gbh) e.g. beating someone to near death.

#5 manslaughter / accidental harm due to careless behaviour / drink driving.

#6 mild sexual assault e.g. ass grab, any non consensual touching.

#7 theft / fraud

And that's a more rational way of looking at things. Why are things listed in this order? Because we're taking into account the suffering caused by permenant physical damage.

I also support euthenasia 100%. The right to death is far more important than the right to life. Euthenasia is the ultimate act / representation of consent / self ownership. To take this right away from someone is worse than both rape and murder combined. This is not based on opinion, this is based on fact. My argument is non emotional, it uses suffering and time spent suffering as a means of judgement for punishment of a crime, as well as consent and self ownership as a value of #1 human right. Therefore taking away someones #1 human right (the right to euthenasia), should be classed as the #1 human crime.
