Another issue I see that affects men is the masculinity imposed on men.

This is a very problematic way to look at human-beings. There are not masculine and feminine feelings, and trying to categorize them as such only serves to alienate people.

"Toxic Masculinity" is not a men's issue, it is a vacuous notion that has been pinned to men by certain women. The notion of "toxic masculinity" is an attack foisted on men writ large. It presupposes that all negative things are masculine and all positive things are feminine.

Just walk away from that line of thought. It's not up to women to determine what's good and bad about masculinity. Not anymore than it should be up to men to determine what's toxic about femininity.

Either way it reinforces a gendered binary that leaves people trapped in the expectations of others. It's very inegalitarian.

Men have to define our own conditions of masculinity. It's insulting to hear women talk about "improving" masculinity in the same way that it would be insulting to hear men talk about how to improve femininity.

It's not helpful, it's just divisive.
