Looks like someone needs to sue these out of existence. If people don't remember why men's clubs were forced to open to women it was because it caused unfair business practices, claimed the courts, allowing men to cut women out of business opportunities. How is this not even worse as that's the purpose of these groups?

This is never ever going to work. Is it a club or is it a solid business venture. Over my career I have been involved in many start ups some in serviced office accommodation. The average time a business spends in one is about 9 months. You either grow a business or go bust. Building a business to stand still never works.It becomes a hobby, lifestyle business and not profitable.

You cannot discriminate by gender or race on employees or business contacts. You cannot teat people differently without them reacting badly. This concept is utter rubbish. Basically they have got a club.

When it fails they will blame men, and create more hostility.

It's really quite sad how so many women, unjustly afraid of women being excluded from work spaces in a discriminatory fashion, would do the precise thing they claim to want to safeguard against, as if this is some game of tit-for-tat.

Furthermore, it's tragic how so many of these women fail to recognize how fundamental the work of men is to our society. I am in no way claiming women are not valuable contributors; but to pretend that coal miners, lumberjacks, oil workers, construction workers, general laborers, electricians, plumbers, police and military and so many gritty, dangerous, and shitty jobs, so fundamental to our society's function, are just these boys clubs, is insane to the highest degree. And making work spaces to explicitly exclude men is the definition of cutting off your nose to spite your face. Way to go ladies, hope you feel stupid.

The funny part is that they want to elevate other women... and they don't even realize that women don't do this. Women see other women as competition. MEN elevate women, because they aren't afraid of them as competition, and welcome a challenge.

These "X...but just for women" companies never bloody work. They are literally the result of someone with no good ideas of their own taking an existing idea and pretending it's novel by cutting the customer base in half.

"Free of sexism". What about the inherent sexism of excluding men in the first place? Do they really think women aren't sexist, as well?
