Learn the eviction laws for where you live.. Also you could potentially get a restraining order if you have evidence of the abuse and don't feel safe. Stop paying her bills and let them pile up. In the meantime, safe your money and figure out an escape route. Good luck.

Thanks for the replies. The abuse goes a lot deeper and farther back but I don't like to dig up the past or complain about my problems. I figured out the narcissism part out recently when she abandoned her 10 week old puppy and threatened to poison it. Im taking care of it now. As for moving I literally live in the middle of nowhere and there is a severe recession going on up here right now. Everything is scarce including apartments. She has been telling me to go blow my brains out as a solution to my problems. Ill check out the "raised by a narcisist" link. Thanks again

Lawyer up. Look up pro bono case lawyers. at least go to a consultation.
What you are going for is that she has been doing this for a while, trying to cover up parental abuse by screaming about the kicking you out part to keep you quiet. It was the last scream for help that led you to call the police.
In prep of a falling out, store your valuables with a friend. Make sure he has your number, so she can't call for you, and demand stuff to be done to your stuff. If all at once is too suspicious, do it bit by bit. Keep a ledger of this. Store all videos of her doing this on email accounts offsite. Backup your shit. Megaupload offers massive ammounts of free storeage online. Take advantage.
In the final moves you want to use language designed to focus on you, not her. It makes a world of difference. Don't describe what she did. Describe what you had to endure.
Whenever you have injuries, document them. I mean, at the very least, shirt off, twirl for the camera, best if you take it to a doctor.
You now have a task. I know it's scary. But the next time she assaults you, don't cover. Take the hits. Especially if they show. Lean in the punches. Rile her up. Push her buttons. You lived with that woman for so long, you must know how to get to her. You are a man. If you think you can still stand after taking the hit, do it. Open handed punches, close handed punches. It will hurt, but it will give you ammunition.
Learn rental agreements. look at it this way: You pay all the bills, right? that at least makes you a tennant. Learn what rights renters have, what rights property owners have, what rights tennants. see where parties have violated that. don't violate this anymore, goad her into violating this. Wouldn't it be sweet if you are a paying tennant, and she did not follow her rights as a landlord?
document everything. I am talking, make a new gmail adress, and cc mail every bit of thing you send to her.
Get ready for the idea that in order for this to finish, you will have to burn bridges. Give your brother at least a courtesy call. Ask him, under the brotherly seal, just to listen to what you will do, "because you don't want him out of the loop". say you don't want him missinformed, or so. Use it as a backchannel to get messages to him. he is your family, and the fallout will most likely hit him. But just hoping she will calm down is not productive. She needs a good hard shot right in front of her path. Either she leaves the place, permanently, or you do.
Look after yourself, man. I know it's easy to get this in line, and to joke about how you are a man, you can take it, but even if you play hardball publically, make sure you are in a good place. See a few movies. eat right. Work out, have imited ammounts of fun. It will pay off in the long run a hundred times over.
