Likely not true, though. Radio has a content problem, lots and lots of stuff gets made up. There is a reason why DJs across the nation are combing reddit everyday for something to talk about.

All that being said, it's still not something that should be condoned on a public platform. Had the (real or hypothetical) victim been a woman, it would not have been.

I have a feeling I know what show you were listening too. If it is the same show, that show is fucking trash and the people on it are horrible people. I would listen to it on my way to work sometimes and would cringe at how douchy the main radio host was. Always acted like his shit doesn’t stink and anyone that disagreed with him he would mock and laugh like a fucking hyena and his co hosts would laugh too then he would disconnect them and talk shit about that person whether they were invited to be on the show to speak or call ins.

You are not crazy for thinking that way, I thought the same thing when he would fuck around with guests and call ins. He and his show are scum.

His trash show is why I stopped listening to radio along with the same songs being on repeat. I won’t name the show out of respect of Reddit’s rules, not out of respect for the douchebag and his stupid ass show.

In the US, Charles Manson was convicted of murder although all he did was to get others to commit the killings. IMO, this was a fair call. As would be convicting the protagonist in this case for rape.

OP, why can you respond to other people but the ones asking about the show?

It doesn’t do a damn bit of good to come here and give us a random, unverified anecdote unless you’re willing to provide us with the name and location of the station.

Coming online to complain to us doesn’t do shit.... but if you actually gave us the name of the station, the particular show and the hosts.... We could have called and wrote the station to make complaints . We could have posted on twitter or social media to raise awareness about the misandry and double standards... We could have tried to give them some negative PR and put pressure on them.... We could have done something... ANYTHING...to actually make a difference and try to force change..

... but instead you don’t give out that info which means we can do a damn thing about it... What’s the point in being an activist if you don’t do any activism?

You e been posting on reddit recently which means you saw the requests for the station info but chose to not respond.... which unfortunately means this story is probably bullshit.
