Who thinks it's appropriate to let a dog chew into a person because they suspect he might have done something? Are you defending yourself by inflicting harm on others? Or just too stupid to use a taser or gun to make someone lie down? No, I disagree, the usage of police dogs should be illegal in all cases. If not for police, only the lowest, most incapable and most asocial groups of people use dogs as a mean to threaten others.

Three days after a 19-year-old woman alleged in a now-viral video that she was punched by an officer and attacked by a police K9 in a case of mistaken identity, Bakersfield Police Chief Lyle Martin has opened an internal investigation into the incident.
