OK so if you're man and you have a job and you're married then when you get a divorce you are stuck with paying your ex-wife for the next few years.

But that only goes if you have a job, if she has a job and you don't (because you quit) wouldn't you be getting paid? I think this is a loophole that should be considered.

Heck you can take all the money you made from your job and hide it in a safe somewhere like your parent's house and you don't have to pay her anything, say that you spent it all on gambling or something.

And heck being jobless sucks so it's best to quit a job you would of quit anyway and even if you would want to be employed again you don't have to end up paying her anything the case is closed.
