I want to punch female paygap people in the face.

My short and truncated story is that I accepted a job as a contract employee in order to get a foot in the door to an employer I wanted to work at. My goal was to work hard, be valuable and move into a permenant position.

It has been 18 months. I am pushing hard for that move. Maybe too hard.

As it stands... I had to push back pretty hard in order to get the minnimum hourly wage that my coworkers get on day one. I discovered that when I walked through the door I was getting $3/hour LESS then the companies handbook states my position pays if hired into the company as a new employee.

Things I do not get at all:

Vacation. Sick Time. Shift differential. 401K. Yearly bonus.

Things my contract company Bullshits me about:

Health Insurance. They offer it, but I am responsible for 100% of the cost.

That tiny amount of money feminists think they are owed? They need to walk in my shoes. It is real for me. I am held to the same standards as my coworkers....

wait that isn't true.

I am held to HIGHER standards then my coworkers - for the company firing me is easy-peezy. No risk whatsoever. No HR baloney.

I wish people in the UK had the option to recall their ministers. Voters have no idea how bad feminists will be and they are stuck with them for five years. Also, they have absolutely zero interest in serving half their constituents.
