It sounds from the article that she was just accused of having sex with a student. We all know how highschoolers like to gossip, so the sexual misconduct was probably just speculation and rumors the students made up that made its way to the other teachers and the authorities. it sounds like she probably sent them nudes and talked sexually with them, but there's nothing to suggest she actually fucked a student.
