Another female teacher. Another sexual assault. Why are there not enough male teachers again?

It sounds like it could have been anybody he was protecting, it doesn't sound like she fucked up or anything, it doesn't sound like it was her fault.

[–]Shanguerrilla 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

I agree. He seems like a good man and he likely would have done the same for any soldier regardless gender. Not everything is a gender issue.

[–]omegaphallic 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Bingo, the guys a hero, period, it could have been anyone.

When is it a womans fault ever. He was found trying to protect her. Why did he have to protect her? Why couldn't she protect herself?

hiLLary lost to Trump. You know, Trump. But it was someone else's fault too.

[–][deleted] 9 points10 points11 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

When is it a womans fault ever.

Yeah that does nothing to support your argument. Yes women get away with shit. No, it's not always their fault.

He was found trying to protect her. Why did he have to protect her?

Because that's how War works?

Why couldn't she protect herself?

She was injured Her gun jammed An RPG hit her Vehicle and she was pinned under burning wreckage

These are all plausible explanations that her sex does not play into. Any one of a thousand things may have happened but we don't know because there is no context.

[–]TimeTravel101[S] -5 points-4 points-3 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Again, there are always all plausible explanations. Apologists of women love to put FUD in there.

There is one staring right at your face though: incompetence of women. I bet you don't think that is possible. Or even remotely plausible.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Yeah, no. Of course incompetence is plausible. But jumping to conclusions without ANY evidence serves no one.

In combat, soldiers die protecting their mates. Could have been anyone. Pretty sure there are female soldiers who died protecting their male combatants.

If, military or rescue units lower their standards to fit in required female quota, then, that's a different issue.

[–]tigerboy96 -3 points-2 points-1 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

"In combat, soldiers die protecting their mates."

lolno. Nice try, but that's not how it works. You're given an order, you execute it. If you have to protect your mate, there is a serious issue with the recruitment and training provided, it clearly isn't sufficient. So basically you are saying that in the Army, which you need to be 18 to join by the way, you are babysitting your friends. No. They know how to take care of themselves.

"Pretty sure there are female soldiers who died protecting their male combatants."

Maybe. But we're not discussing that.

[–]GreyWolf1945 5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

This is a disgusting mentality. Saving a wounded soldier is not babysitting. Helping a fellow soldier is not babysitting. Saving human lives is not babysitting. Letting people die because "they can take care of themselves" is pathetic. This statement shows that you will clearly go to any length to justify your narrative. You are as bad as feminists.

[–]mochacola 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

So, the "leave no men behind" is actually "remember to babysit your mates"?

[–]omegaphallic 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I don't know, maybe she happened to be closer to it and he stepped in front of her to save her, in a situation where she couldn't have dodged it. Not her fault, just bad luck. Maybe he would have died either way, but by blocking the shrapnel from her, at least she got to live. Hypothetical, but we don't have the details to judge one way or the other.

[–]Molestory 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago* (2 children) | Copy Link

No this doesn't say what you think it says. It doesn't make your point at all.

The real problem with women in the military is not when they are serving in combat positions, the problem is when they get given the safe non combat positions behind the lines, because this pushes men out of those positions and to the front, into danger.

If we are going to have women in the military then they should be on the front so they can suffer and die the exact same as any man and not steal all the safe jobs from the men. In fact their should be a ban on women taking up non combat positions since men face the draft while women do not.

Imagine the injustice of a man drafted for a war and forced out to die on the front by a woman who volunteered to play soldier and took his safe spot.

[–]perplexedm 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Isn't that what happened now ?

[–]Molestory 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link

Yes. Like I said. The real problem with women in the military.

OP is not an example of this because obviously that woman was facing danger.

[–]omegaphallic 6 points7 points8 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Those rich fucking snobs in 1st class, what abunch of selfish assholes. They're son is dead, he died a fucking hero, and they can't be a tiny bit patient?

[–]TimeTravel101[S] 5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

The rich are the biggest assholes there are. They support social causes such as illegal immigration and affirmative action. Because they don't get affected in any way. But delay their disembarkment by a few minutes and they show their true colors.

There are plenty of rich people who don't support illegal immigration or affirmative action. This whole comment is a massive baseless assumption

Dying for a worthless female is a waste.

[–]BOMAN7777 6 points7 points8 points 9 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

I am sure that his sacrifice being used to stoke a gender war is the exact opposite of what he would have wanted. The fact is that he could have just as easily died for a male friend as he did for a female one, what we need to focus on is his patriotic act. This sub is about equality, so act that way, it doesn't matter what sex the other soldier was, it's his selfless deed that's important.

[–]TimeTravel101[S] 5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

No, he would not have died just as easily for a male soldier. It's been proved out by the Marines that having women in your units causes the units to underperform and poses a risk to the other men in the group. This bi-gendred units is a manifestation of gender politics. People actually die because of this shit. But it does not get attention because of PC.

[–]ArsikVek 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

We're well aware of the Marine Corps' findings, but there's nothing to suggest that was the issue that lead to his death. You're making a lot of baseless assumptions from a single throwaway line in a trash article about people being assholes on a plane.

[–]TimeTravel101[S] 2 points3 points4 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

That is exactly my point. Nobody cares about why he died or how many deaths in the armed forces is because of women. It's all hushed down in the name of PC. Everytime this comes up its turned down one way or another.

Any time I see a man trying to join the military, this is what I'll tell them. Nobody cares. These fucking manginas want to play PC with their lives. Get it?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

agreed, he might not have wanted this so it is unfair to portray him that way. besides he is supposed to only help male soldiers?

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

you missed the point of the article. you also are being disrespectful to him. you are trying to remove his heroism for your own political agenda.

[–][deleted] 5 points6 points7 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Agreed. Not everything is a men's rights issue, when we try to cram our opinions into everything, we become like the feminists.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

yes. MRA doesn't want to be opposite of feminism rather work at a more sophisticated level. don't get petty and political it actually gives feminist fuel.

[–]MagicTampon 3 points4 points5 points 9 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Let that be a warning.

Don't trip on your dick trying to save a female who would probably never save you.

[–]TimeTravel101[S] 0 points1 point2 points 9 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Exactly. If the roles were reversed, she wouldn't help anyone, forget being be a hero.
