Let's be clear, in this case every argument for why statutory rape of boys is not as serious as rape does not exist. They didn't want to have sex with her. They were threatened into having sex with her. They were not just "in her care" at a treatment facility, but by any reasonable interpretation of vulnerable, the boys were exactly that.
The way the sentence was handed down males it appear that they're tough on her, but in reality she could serve as little as one year. 1 - 15 years on each of 7 counts served concurrently.

Based on the judges recommendation of therapy (it seems to suggest that she's ill rather than an actual offender) and no mention of sex offender registration unless the reporter missed it, I have to suspect that it's related. The judge doesn't believe her a threat or a predator.
This was after she got a pass and got the charges plead down.
