I think it's great that 'Masculinism' started as a parody intended to show how crazy feminists sound, and then feminists totally proved that point by going crazy and belligerently attacking any and all forms of it.

It's a shame that even if public opinion seems to be leaning away from feminism, that it will be quite some time before anybody attempts to fix these issues

So long as people see men as brutes and women as damsels in distress nothing is going to happen whatever the facts say. Feminism is based on this biology and that's why it's not going to go anywhere anytime soon.
