Not sure if this is the kinda post people want on here, but I just needed to vent a bit. I'm sick of the cheating double standard, I'm listening to two women talk about "He's scum, she should take him for everything he's got". Their mutual friend found out her husband cheated on her a year ago, in response she's smashed his things, including old collector car while he's at work and they're both laughing and saying "Well that's what you get blah blah blah" and now here's the kicker, I know for a fact that in the past both of these women have cheated on previous S.O's of theirs. Would they have considered it fair if all their possessions were trashed? Did it occur to them that they could lose anything in a divorce? And when I heard about them cheating it was just, "Whatever, whatever excuse needed to justify it like it's totally ok as a girl to get away with it and not suffer any real consequence". And I may just be a little mad right now, not saying all situations are like this or that cheating is ok, but it's not ok for either side, man or woman, just pisses me off on the inside that I see this kinda thing approached so hypocritically more often than not.
