Full-time female workers in Northern Ireland are defying the gender pay gap to earn more than their male counterparts, official figures have shown.

.... I can't even make it past the first sentence in some of these articles anymore, you just know it's going to be utter garbage.

They will never let go of this pay gap thing. It's pretty simple. Everyone gets paid the same but, those who put more time in will take home more as hourly workers. How hard is that?

Just wait and see how the earnings gap will be transformed into a good thing now that it favors women. (How can, BTW, the public sector pay more than the private sector, it's insane.)

Did anyone else notice their calculations exclude overtime? It is actually proving the pay gap does not exist and spinning it as a feminist victory.
