Just seeing how devastated these girls are from dealing with rejection almost as much as men do, makes one contemplate just how incredibly easy their lives normally are. And in this experiment they didn't even have to pay for it all.

Men and women live in the same spaces but our lives and experiences are massively different, more so than most people can imagine.

This was somewhat painful, mostly from the commenter. I'm just glad that having had my own set of experiences, I did not end up with this level of cynicism. I can't help but think this clip is his nervana, his lullaby to which he can't sleep until he hears himself tell that girl 'I pity you'.

I sub to this subreddit to be angry about inequality not to belittle anyone, but that is almost all I heard. The social experiment was interesting, but this was a true neckbeard drooling over the trophy he claims not to want.

Please don't be like this guy. This is a mentality that fosters inappropriate disdain and corrupts your psyche. It's the difference between 'oh, she's pretty' to 'bitch'.

I've seen this happen. One of my female co-workers came in one day dressed in a sensible shirt and trousers and makeup free as opposed to her usual slap and boob tube, short skirt and high boots. She made something like 80% less in tips than usual, and she was surprised. I was amazed by her surprise. Did she seriously think that she was making more than the men and the more modestly attired women because she's better at her job than the rest of us?

Not that much of a fair comparison, since they're competing with other girls who have make up and they are probably barely pursuing people and rather waiting to be asked like most women in bars. It's usually the guy who pursues.
