The law should just go ahead and be honest and define adult women as minors and the most proximate male as their guardian (in terms of liabilities, they can't actually do anything to restrict her actions).

Well obviously it's up to men to keep them safe, even from themselves.

Of course they're controlling oppressors if they do try to stop the women from making choices with their own body, so....

Bad example, OP/TS. McCasland actually injected his stripper-addict girlfriend with three hits of heroin and three of cocaine with his own hand, making that murder charge reasonably justifiable.
