I propose all we refer to people in the legal way of party 1 and party 2 instead of man and woman. That will make it easier to apply the law without bias.

The swapping dirty jokes or watching risque videos I don't take seriously, but threatening the guy after the relationship ended is a step too far, and should be prosectuted.

so a real live version of "peter-assment" then? i saw rage when lois went "HAHAHAHA Peter you cant sexually harass a man!!" in that episode. funny... i can see that rage again after reading this. rage is such a unique color. almost like an aneurysim blowing out into my eyesocket.

The fact that there are actually ANY people that think this way, let along that we see this mindset consistently, is indicative of the larger problem.

Has anyone ever heard of a man saying "You can't sexually harass a woman"? Of course not, because it's patently absurd. So where did this mentality come from?
