UK Doctor left boy's penis terribly damaged after circumcision and 4 attempted repair operations. Then he tried to bribe the family to stay silent. If he's barred as a Doctor, he will STILL be able to continue to circumcise boys as that is unregulated.

Frankly, all doctors who are willing to inflict mutilation on defenseless newborns don't deserve to be doctors. Since it is illegal to so much as pinprick the genitals of an underage girl without her consent, it is beyond pale that this disgusting practice is still legally permissible at all.

Me: Well, yes it's bad, but society deems it as a necessary evil, and some religions require it. It's been the norm of society. In addition, future decrease of pleasure aside (and botched cases aside), it doesn't affect the health of the male that much. The real issue is that he got away with BOTCHING the circumcision, fucked up 4 times, attempted bribery, and will apparently continue if he's barred... meaning that another issue is that circumcisions aren't regulated, and SHOULD be regulated.
