I'm not really sure what to say. It seems wrong that a government would demand 100s of people give up their privacy rights (illegal search with no probable cause if the chance is only at best 1 in 372). It seems the only people allowed privacy is women (probably only coincidence it's only been used twice and both times to look for a man). That whole it's illegal to use it for anything else is little comfort.

It does cause me to wonder though why government doesn't require a woman to place ads in major newspapers prior to putting a child up for adoption and then DNA test the supposed father before allowing him the choice of agreeing to the adoption. Shouldn't government be putting in the same effort to locate a father?
