I don't necessarily see an issue with the sentencing here. Sure, 4 1/2 years seems short, but remember that for the rest of this lady's life, she gets to live with the soul crushing fact that she killed her own daughter with her actions. Not an accident. Not a stranger. Her. That will literally haunt her until the day she dies. I doubt she will ever recover from this honestly. In any case, poor daughter. Sucks she didn't have a responsible mom.
