Whatever happened to DV in front of the kids being an automatic felony charge? I want to say it was part of VAWA. When the 16 and pregnant chick committed DV against the guy on the show who I think was the baby daddy, part of the reason it escalated to being noteworthy is because that was part of the charges.

The Cheswick police chief told Channel 11 News that he’s investigating the issue and will decide her status thereafter. In September, Frame was charged with simple assault. The charge was later withdrawn.
