Your title says it all, the facts are what people don't want to accept.

When you sign that little piece of paper giving you the privilege to drive, you agree to comply to all state laws and enforcers of the law. So when a cop pulls you over, orders you to stop, you comply, you have no choice, YOU AGREED TO IT. You can argue all you want, but you have to comply, if he writes a ticket or arrests you, your problem is now with the court, not the cops.

The problem is, people in America are stupidly undereducated and continue to spiral out of intelligence. When corrected, they don't want to go look for themselves, they want to tune in to some liberal news outlet who tells them it's okay to argue and fight back.

THAT is what happened in this case. I guarantee when the video comes out, you will see a noncompliant 17 year old who refuses officers orders and drives a 4,000 pound killing machine towards them thus getting her ass shot.
