They have a department of child support enforcement but no department of child visitation enforcement. When you don't pay, they come after you on behalf of the mother. The mother doesn't have to do a thing. When you don't get what little visitation you have ordered, no one fights on your behalf. You have to hire a lawyer, and file a show cause and wait for your court date.
