I hope there's a mention of the backlash in the movie. Hopefully she has emails and voicemails from well known feminists to drop in at the end.

I am wondering if part of the backlash is that she has footage of some prominent feminist doing something scandalous. Like, maybe Michael Kimmel threatened her or something.

Since no one has seen this movie yet, people should reserve praise. For all we know, it could very well turn out to be hit piece on the equality movement after all. Women take social ostracization far harder than men and she might throw Farrell under the bus if he might serve her interests in the end and regain lost friendships
