Canadian courts are notoriously feminist so the cards are against him. I hope this brings attention to this bigoted policy.

What this man is describing is known in canada as the snow cap - the point at which a white male's career stalls unless he has excellent connections. Advancing via merit is highly limited.

Given that the public service has legally enshrined discrimination against white males, and only white males, there is zero chance that he will win. There is a reason why in the span of a decade or two, the public service underwent a huge flip in genders and ethnicities (which considering its huge size - really is a huge sign of rampant and systemic discrimination by itself).

This is systematic sexist and racist institutional discrimination of white men in Canada by state violence through the 'Employment Equity Act'.

This seems like a very odd case. He admits that his workplace is made up of 95% of "the four groups", and yet he thinks he's a lock for promotion above them. Why? Because he feels he does very good work? I wonder if he'll produce any witnesses to back up that he was an exceptional employee...
