Martin Robbins calls himself "The Lay Scientist", but don't mistake him for a PUA writer. Some of his other work is discussed here.

Time, I think, for another classic Guardian sentence. A headline, in fact:

How can our future Mars colonies be free of sexism and racism?

The author of this latest ostentatious fretting session, Martin Robbins, is concerned by the “white and male race to conquer Mars.” The rest is pretty much what you’d imagine:

The first woman to be raped in space has probably already been born.

And,

The only population on Mars that we know of is a handful of rovers, but no doubt we’ll start a war anyway, before dragging them into some form of slavery or oppression. It’s just what we do.

And so on, and so forth.

As for the abortion issue, the Guardian logic is (1) men bad, (2) women good, (3) abortion good, (4) if more men than women support abortion it must be because (a) men are cads and deadbeats, (b) women are suffering from internalized misogyny.

I think there are two better reasons: (1) men are further away from the process, don't have the experience of a new life growing in their womb, and are less likely to question arms-length rationalizations about clumps of cells; (2) men know by now what opinion they're allowed to have about abortion.

Been reading men's rights for a while and this is a new one for me OP. Thanks for the post. Edit: a word, to satisfy my enthusiastic critic.
