Ellen Pao-"We know we do have a problem of group harassment as well, but we're trying to address one problem at a time and we will get to group harassment next." Are we harassing feminists?

Oddly - even Women's Aide in the UK have a less than damp squib attitude to The Domestic Abuse of Disabled Women.

I've dealt with such victims fleeing and they have been abused discriminated against, threatened and terrorised inside Womens' Aide Refuges ..... because they were disabled and asked that discrimination against them stop.

Never underestimate the nature of female bullies and just how much they will abuse the disabled behind closed doors.

Don't forget that feminism has an intrinsically negative view of The Disabled, and the number one cause of termination/abortion is that the baby is seen as disabled and a burden.

Oh it's you... How's that sub of yours going? Still all alone I hope?

That is attempted murder!

[–]Insula92 0 points1 point2 points 11 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

No it's not, unless, you know, she actually attempted to murder him.

Arguably, holding someone's head under water until they are forced to breathe water is attempted murder by drowning.

Or perhaps it's "just" waterboarding... but either way that should be labeled what it is; a severe crime.

No that's not arguable at all, if you plan to let him breath it's not attempted murder.

Or perhaps it's "just" waterboarding... but either way that should be labeled what it is; a severe crime.

No disagreement there.

It may not be attempted murder but it is premeditated abuse.

It's Disability Hate Crime.

It's Disability Hate Crime.

Is that a thing?

[–]Imnotmrabut 1 point2 points3 points 11 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

In the UK - YES!

Do look it up and see what The Crown Prosecution Service Have To Say About It.

I believe that the multiple reported assaults against Prof Hawking's all took place in the UK, and so UK Law Applies.

Domestic Abuse Against The Disabled is a massive issue, and it's not just spousal either.

The Police have been repeatedly involved in the Hawking case with multiple investigations - but as he refuses to make report there has been little advance for 10 years - the claims of abuse and whistle blowing by care staff are from 2004.
