Alimony? You aren't married dude. It'd be child support, although honestly? The time to start worrying about that was 21 months ago. Now? You done fucked up.

I will say you should get a paternity test done and be legally established as "dad" no matter what else you do ( paternity test FIRST and FOREMOST ). Unmarried men have absolutely NO rights, yet all of the responsibilities.

In your situation really the worst part about breaking up with her will be becoming homeless. Her parents won't let you keep staying there once you've broken up with her. You will be ordered to pay child support, but 30% of almost nothing is still almost nothing. You are not married so no alimony, no marrital assets, no home or shared accounts.

Really her parents would kick you out, and they should. And a child support agreement would need to be worked out. Neither should be particularly acrimonious or difficult.

Can't you move back with your parents? Do you have a friend you can move in with? Another relative that will let you move in?
